Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an E-commerce Performance Analyst to join a fully remote team in the United States. You will drive data-informed decisions across marketing, site optimization, and sales forecasting, translating complex data into actionable insights.

You will build dashboards, analyze traffic and conversions, run A/B tests, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to improve profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst with ecommerce analytics.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
• Strong data manipulation using Excel, SQL, or Python/R.
• Experience creating and interpreting performance reports and dashboards.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze website traffic, user behavior, conversion funnels, and sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the ecommerce environment.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs for marketing, sales, and website performance.
• Conduct A/B testing analysis and provide recommendations for optimizing website elements, marketing campaigns, and user experience.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to provide data-driven insights and support strategic initiatives.
• Monitor competitor performance and market trends, translating findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Assist in sales forecasting, budget planning, and performance benchmarking based on historical data and predictive analysis.
