Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical and experimental E-commerce Growth Hacker to join their fully remote team. The role focuses on data-driven growth across user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue, with autonomy to test new strategies across the customer journey.

You will design and analyze A/B tests, optimize SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and referrals, and collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to implement growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in growth hacking or performance marketing within an e-commerce environment.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
• Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies.
• Proficiency in managing and optimizing paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to optimize the user journey and conversion rates.
• Identify and execute growth opportunities across channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and referrals.
• Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
• Analyze user behavior, website data, and market trends to uncover actionable growth insights.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to prioritize and implement growth initiatives.
• Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies relevant to e-commerce growth.
