Job summary

Stately, a stylist-curated clothing subscription service, is seeking an E-Commerce Customer Service Representative for a remote US role. You will handle high-volume member inquiries across email, calls, sms, and social channels with empathy and clarity.

You will collaborate with Stylists and warehouse teams to resolve issues quickly, while contributing to process improvements that enhance the member experience. Weekend availability is required, and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer support experience, preferably in e-commerce or subscriptions.
• Must reside in the United States (remote position).
• Willingness to work at least one weekend day.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of member communications across email, calls, sms, and social media.
• Conduct daily member calls (20-60 per day), inbound and scheduled.
• Identify member needs and provide empathetic solutions.
• Coordinate with warehouse team for shipping/tracking updates.
• Build trust through open, friendly, consistent communication.
• Gather and share member feedback to improve processes and satisfaction.
• Go the extra mile to ensure members feel heard.
