Qualifications

• 2+ years of call center experience required.
• Experience supporting customers in e‑commerce or DTC environments preferred.
• Experience with live chat, email, social media, and phone support.

Responsibilities

• Represent Vego Garden’s customer service standards with enthusiasm.
• Identify customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Enter data into customer records with high accuracy.
• Assist customers with orders, refunds, and documentation.
• Provide expert answers via phone, email, and chat.
