Job summary

Computer Enterprises, Inc. (CEI) seeks a Senior Observability Architect to lead modernization of monitoring, telemetry, discovery, and CMDB across a hybrid infrastructure. You will provide technical leadership and define a future-state observability strategy for this program.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in Dynatrace, ServiceNow CMDB and enterprise discovery solutions, plus strong stakeholder communication and program leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in observability, enterprise monitoring, or IT operations.
• Strong hands-on Dynatrace experience and enterprise CMDB work.
• Experience with hybrid infrastructure and large-scale modernization.

Responsibilities

• Lead observability modernization across a complex environment.
• Define strategies for monitoring, telemetry, discovery, and CMDB.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, operations and apps teams to close gaps.
