Rhondos Inc. is seeking a Dynatrace Platform Engineer, LATAM, to join our Professional Services Team.

You will configure and optimize the Dynatrace Unified Observability Platform across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments while driving SAP observability initiatives for client success. You'll work independently on defined engagements, mentor peers, and collaborate with senior architects on complex projects, delivering measurable improvements in MTTR and system reliability in a remote-first,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
1–3 years in Application Performance Management (APM) or observability roles.
1+ years implementing and administering Dynatrace.
Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Proficiency in Java, .NET, Python, or JavaScript.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead PowerConnect App implementation, configuration, and SAP observability.
Customize dashboards, log processing, and metric extraction for SAP landscapes.
Onboard applications, infrastructure, and cloud workloads for full-stack monitoring.
Design, build, and maintain dashboards, alerting, workflows, and analytics using Dynatrace Query Language (DQL) and Grail.
Monitor performance and lead root-cause analysis leveraging Davis AI insights.
Configure 监 Dynatrace components and integrate with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Slack).
Deliver best-practice recommendations from health assessments and reviews.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to observability standards.
