Job summary

Optomi, in partnership with a leading financial client, seeks a Dynatrace Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Team Lead to own the enterprise Dynatrace SaaS platform within a large financial services setting. You will lead a six-person Dynatrace team and collaborate with application, infrastructure, DevOps and SRE teams to standardize observability across thousands of hosts.

You will drive platform governance, automation, and service integrations (e.g., ServiceNow) while expanding Dynatrace adoption

Qualifications

6+ years hands-on Dynatrace experience in large enterprise environments.
Strong Dynatrace SaaS experience and governance capabilities.
Experience with thousands of hosts and complex environments.
Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary SME and technical owner for the Dynatrace SaaS platform.
Design, configure, administer, and optimize Dynatrace across a large-scale enterprise.
Support rollout across hundreds of applications and 6,000+ hosts.
Establish platform standards, governance, tagging, and operational procedures.
Develop automation to support monitoring at enterprise scale.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of six Dynatrace engineers/analysts.
Integrate Dynatrace with ServiceNow and other enterprise platforms.
Set priorities, coordinate workloads, and drive delivery of initiatives.
Establish technical standards and best practices across the team.
Partner with leadership to align observability with business priorities.
