Job summary

Orion Innovation in Columbus, Ohio seeks a hands-on Senior/Principal Observability Architect to lead enterprise-scale observability architecture, Dynatrace-based implementation, and adoption. The role requires 8+ years in Observability/APM/SRE/DevOps with 4+ years of hands-on Dynatrace experience, and the ability to drive POCs, rollout, and optimization across teams.

Orion Innovation is looking for an experienced, hands-on Observability Architect to lead enterprise-scale observability architecture, implementation, and adoption.

Key Skills:

• Strong hands-on Dynatrace SaaS expertise
• Application & Infrastructure Observability / APM
• Metrics, Logs & Traces
• SLOs/SLIs, RUM & Synthetic Monitoring
• Strong Dynatrace- ServiceNow ITSM/Event Management integration
• ServiceNow Incident Management, CMDB & Service Mapping
• Enterprise Observability Gold Standards
• Hands-on POCs, implementation, rollout & optimization

Experience: 8+ years in Observability/APM/SRE/DevOps, including 4+ years of hands-on Dynatrace experience preferred.
