Job summary

Next Gen Pros Inc. is seeking a senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Commercial Consultant for a 100% remote, long-term contract on W2. This role focuses on business leadership, CRM adoption, and sales-process improvement rather than development.

You will partner with commercial, sales, marketing, and technology leaders to define CRM priorities, translate requirements into enhancements, and drive adoption across U.S.-based teams, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and ROI.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales or Dynamics CRM.
• Experience in CRM adoption, sales transformation, or commercial-process improvement.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and commercial operations.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into CRM improvements.
• Ability to engage credibly with senior commercial and sales executives.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to operate independently in an interim leadership or advisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business-side liaison for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM program.
• Partner with commercial leadership to define CRM priorities, adoption objectives, and enhancement needs.
• Assess existing sales processes, methodologies, pricing workflows, and CRM usage.
• Translate commercial requirements into actionable CRM capabilities and enhancement requests.
• Drive adoption of Dynamics 365 across sales and commercial teams.
• Facilitate discussions among sales, marketing, business operations, and technology stakeholders.
• Help establish a practical roadmap for maximizing the Dynamics 365 investment.
• Support backlog prioritization and clarify business requirements for the CRM delivery team.
• Identify process gaps and opportunities for improving commercial effectiveness.
• Provide business leadership during absence of the current CRM owner.
• Communicate recommendations and progress to senior leaders.
