Job summary

Seneca Resources is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer for a remote, direct‑hire role. You will design, customize, and integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with a focus on Customer Insights CIJ, build Power Apps and flows, and ensure secure, scalable solutions.

You’ll collaborate with data teams, utilize Azure services and REST APIs, and participate in agile ceremonies. Strong communication is essential; SAFe experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience configuring and extending Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Proficient with Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Experience with REST APIs, Azure services, and third‑party integrations.
• Solid CRM data model knowledge, security roles, and admin concepts.
• Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and source control (Git, Azure DevOps).
• Experience in enterprise Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CRM with a focus on Customer Insights (CIJ).
• Build integrations, plugins, workflows, Power Apps, and REST APIs.
• Ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices, performance, and security guidelines.
• Partner with data teams to support data unification, segmentation, and insights.
• Engage in agile ceremonies and document technical designs and decisions.
