Job summary

Doyle Security Services, Inc. (DSS) is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to support enterprise Customer Service solutions for the Department of Veterans Affairs. This role is 100% remote (U.S.

based) and focuses on designing, developing, and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications with Power Platform integrations. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career Dynamics professional who enjoys building scalable, secure CRM solutions while collaborating with architects,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum two (2) years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service development experience.
• Five (5) to seven (7) years of overall IT experience.
• Experience developing customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
• Develop plugins, workflows, business rules, forms, entities, and process automation.
• Configure Dynamics 365 modules to meet evolving business requirements.
• Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise systems using APIs, web services, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Automate.
• Support Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform integrations.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Participate in unit testing, UAT, and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Follow Microsoft development best practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across Dynamics 365.
