Job summary

Veterans EZ Info Inc is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer for a fully remote role supporting a large federal government healthcare modernization project. You will design, customize, integrate, and maintain Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform, Dataverse, APIs, and Azure services.

Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions that improve operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of hands‑on experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service or Customer Engagement solutions.
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 configuration and development using JavaScript, C#, .NET, plugins, workflows, and Power Platform.
• Demonstrated experience integrating Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications through APIs, web services, and integration tools.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dataverse, model‑driven Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• Configure tables, entities, forms, views, business rules, and automated processes to meet operational requirements.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure services.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Conduct unit and user acceptance testing, manage solution deployments, and optimize application performance.
• Provide troubleshooting, production support, and technical documentation while ensuring adherence to Microsoft best practices, security controls, and compliance standards.
• Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure project success.],
