Job summary

Veterans EZ Info Inc is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer for a fully remote role supporting a large federal government healthcare modernization project. You will design, customize, integrate, and maintain Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform, Dataverse, APIs, and Azure services.

Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions that improve operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
Minimum of five years of hands‑on experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service or Customer Engagement solutions.
Proficiency in Dynamics 365 configuration and development using JavaScript, C#, .NET, plugins, workflows, and Power Platform.
Demonstrated experience integrating Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications through APIs, web services, and integration tools.
Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dataverse, model‑driven Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
Configure tables, entities, forms, views, business rules, and automated processes to meet operational requirements.
Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure services.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Conduct unit and user acceptance testing, manage solution deployments, and optimize application performance.
Provide troubleshooting, production support, and technical documentation while ensuring adherence to Microsoft best practices, security controls, and compliance standards.
Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure project success.],
