Job summary

Doyle Security Services, Inc. (DSS) is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to support the Department of Veterans Affairs from a 100% remote U.S.-based location.

This junior-to-mid level role focuses on design, development, and integration of Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions with Power Platform, Azure services, and enterprise systems. You will collaborate with architects and stakeholders to deliver scalable CRM solutions, participate in tests and deployments, and follow Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
• Minimum two (2) years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service development experience.
• Five (5) to seven (7) years of overall IT experience.
• Experience developing customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
• Develop plugins, workflows, business rules, forms, entities, and process automation.
• Configure Dynamics 365 modules to meet evolving business requirements.
• Develop integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enterprise systems using APIs, web services, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Automate.
• Support Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform integrations.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Participate in testing, deployments, and troubleshooting.
