Job summary

VetsEZ in the United States is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics Developer for a 100% remote role supporting a federal government healthcare modernization project. Design, develop, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service) solutions to improve operations and enable transformation.

You will work in an Agile environment with developers, business analysts, and IT teams, using JavaScript, C#, .NET, Power Platform and APIs, while adhering to security and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development using JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Power Platform.
• Experience developing and maintaining Dynamics 365 APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional project teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).
• Configure Dynamics 365 modules to meet business requirements (entities, forms, views, business rules, automation).
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and other tools.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Conduct unit testing, support UAT, and manage deployments of Dynamics 365 customizations and updates.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance tuning; maintain technical docs.

Job description

We are currently looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics Developer for a 100% remote position supporting a large federal government healthcare modernization project. In this role, you will design, develop, customize, and support solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service). You will work closely with business stakeholders, business analysts, and IT teams to deliver scalable, high-quality CRM solutions that improve business operations and support business transformation.

The position will support a collaborative Agile environment where the developer will configure Dynamics 365, develop custom solutions and integrations, support testing and deployments, and troubleshoot production issues. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, JavaScript, C#, .NET, Power Platform, and enterprise integrations while following Microsoft best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.

The candidate must reside within the continental US.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development using JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Power Platform.
• Experience developing and maintaining Dynamics 365 APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to develop scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional project teams.

Additional Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics products for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or other federal agencies.
• Experience with Azure services such as Logic Apps and Azure Functions, along with familiarity with data migration, ETL processes, DevOps practices, Agile/Scrum environments, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.

Security Clearance Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• All selected candidates must successfully complete a background check.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Government/Public Trust clearance, including required fingerprinting, when required for the position.
