GRI is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to design, develop and support CRM solutions enabling teams to work efficiently with business and customer data. You will translate business needs into scalable Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure-based solutions, collaborating with stakeholders and the IT team in the Netherlands to deliver reliable CRM services.

Formación

• 5+ years overall IT experience with at least 3 years in CRM.
• Experience configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Dataverse, security, plugin/workflows).
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with external apps via RESTful services and APIs.
• Experience with Azure services for enterprise integration (Logic Apps, Functions, Key Vault).
• Strong development skills: C#, .NET, REST/Web APIs, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, customize and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, security roles and related solutions.
• Develop CRM functionality and integrations using C#, .NET and REST APIs.
• Develop and improve Power Platform solutions to streamline processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and document solutions and guidance.
