Job summary

EX Squared is seeking experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform Developers to support a North American client. This hands-on role focuses on customization, integrations, and automation across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

You will work with CRM environments to develop, customize, and automate solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Dataverse, while collaborating with international teams to solve business challenges.

Qualifications

• Strong professional experience developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Solid understanding of Dataverse data models, security, and relationships.
• Experience integrating CRM with external systems via REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and ALM practices.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Build and enhance applications using Power Apps (Model-Driven & Canvas).
• Design and automate business processes with Power Automate.
• Customize CRM tables, forms, views, rules, and workflows.
• Develop plugins, extensions, and integrations using C#, .NET, and JS.
• Work with Dataverse to manage data structures, relationships, and security.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external apps, APIs, and third‑party systems.
• Analyze existing CRM implementations and identify optimization opportunities.
• Support data integration, transformation, and migration activities.
• Troubleshoot issues and improve application performance and reliability.
