Job summary

Silver Bell Group is seeking a Customer Support & Sales Agent – Dutch Language to join an international project in hospitality and vacation rentals. You will support customers with inquiries on properties, availability, and bookings while also driving sales opportunities.

The role combines customer support and sales, with a focus on finding suitable solutions and converting inquiries into bookings. Fully remote position with an international, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch at C1/C2 level is mandatory.
• Good command of English is required.
• Experience in customer support, sales, hospitality, reservations, or similar roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle primarily inbound calls and inquiries about bookings, availability, and properties.
• Assist customers in finding suitable accommodation based on needs and preferences.
• Recommend alternatives when a customer's first choice is unavailable.
• Convert inquiries into bookings with a customer-focused sales approach.
• Address questions and booking-related issues professionally.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customers or sales opportunities.
• Document customer interactions and booking details accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams for additional support as needed.
