Job summary

Huzzle Ltd. is hiring a Dutch-speaking Sales Development Representative to join fast-growing international companies.

The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, engaging prospects, and booking qualified sales meetings in a fully remote setup. The SDR will handle outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn, qualify leads, and maintain a healthy pipeline while meeting weekly and monthly KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales, business development, appointment setting, or lead generation.
• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn.
• Engage Dutch-speaking prospects and identify potential business opportunities.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs and buying intent.
• Book qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Manage prospect information and sales activities using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
• Collaborate with sales teams to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.
• Consistently achieve weekly and monthly KPIs for outreach, lead generation, and meetings booked.
