Job summary

Huzzle Ltd. is seeking a Dutch-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a fast-growing B2B technology company. You will identify potential business customers, conduct outbound prospecting, engage decision-makers, and book qualified meetings for the sales team.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2 or native-level proficiency), mandatory.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in B2B sales, technology sales, SaaS sales, or sales development.
• Proven experience with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation.
• Confidence engaging business decision‑makers and handling objections.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to work hours aligned with European business time zones.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified B2B sales opportunities.
• Engage Dutch-speaking prospects and key decision‑makers to identify business needs and introduce relevant technology solutions.
• Research target companies, identify potential customers, and build prospect lists.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs, budget, authority, and buying timelines.
• Schedule qualified sales meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate prospect records, activities, and pipeline updates in CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Consistently achieve KPIs related to outreach activity, qualified meetings, and pipeline generation.
