Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking Dutch bilingual experts to contribute to a global language and AI training project focused on improving Dutch-language understanding and generation. You will evaluate AI-generated Dutch speech, assess nativeness, fluency, and linguistic authenticity, and provide detailed feedback to support language model improvement.

No prior AI experience is required. Strong Dutch language expertise, English communication skills, and attention to detail are the key requirements for this

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Dutch, spoken and written.
• B2+ proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze pronunciation, grammar, fluency, and linguistic authenticity.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify subtle language differences.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and evaluation criteria consistently.

Responsibilities

• Listen to short audio clips in Dutch and evaluate nativeness, fluency, and overall quality of AI-generated speech.
• Assess pronunciation, grammar, intonation, accent, and linguistic authenticity against native Dutch standards.
• Identify language errors and unnatural expressions and provide actionable feedback.
• Document findings accurately using project-specific tools and guidelines.
• Apply rubrics and quality standards consistently across tasks.
• Collaborate with QA leads to maintain consistency and accuracy in evaluations.
• Participate in project update sessions and respond to clarification requests.
• Complete evaluations accurately and within project timelines.
• Maintain high attention to detail throughout review and submission.
