Job summary

Xceedance is seeking an experienced Business Architect - Duck Creek Reinsurance to lead the design and delivery of Duck Creek–based reinsurance solutions for North American accounts. This client-facing role demands deep reinsurance knowledge and proven delivery leadership across complex programs.

You will own end-to-end solutioning, respond to RFIs, run demos, and ensure scalable designs that integrate with finance systems and enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in system implementation and delivery leadership.
• Reinsurance domain knowledge with Duck Creek Reinsurance.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Strong governance using Agile/SAFe, DevSecOps, CI/CD, test automation, and release readiness.
• Excellent communication and client advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large Duck Creek programs with significant reinsurance scope (greenfield, replacements, integration-heavy).
• Own outcomes for engagements, ensuring architectural integrity and delivery predictability.
• Own end-to-end reinsurance solutioning: client operating models, accounting, regulatory needs.
• Translate reinsurance requirements into Duck Creek design (product, rating, workflow, integration).
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed solution architecture and value propositions.
• Prepare and deliver functional demos and solution walkthroughs for stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with transformation objectives and enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account teams to shape opportunities and position Xceedance.
