Job summary

Bausch+Lomb Companies Inc. is seeking an Ocular Account Specialist to promote our dry eye pharmaceutical products to ophthalmologists, optometrists and other healthcare professionals in a targeted geographic region.

This remote field-based role requires 25–50% travel within the territory, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in specialty pharmaceutical sales. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, business or other related discipline required.
• 5+ years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Must reside within the territory or live within a reasonable distance of territory workload center.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plan for the assigned territory.
• Promote dry eye portfolio to ophthalmologists, optometrists and other healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure account needs are met.
• Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and competitors’ activities.
• Manage promotional budget and expenditures within the business plan.
