This role acts as the subject matter expert on the program, guiding policy interpretation and handling complex transactions with accuracy in a fast-paced, remote-from-home environment. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in related service areas, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years or more in a functional service area required.
• Two years or more relevant work experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office environment intermediate required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with DOT/FMCSA and state regulations.
• Serve as subject matter expert for the drug and alcohol program.
• Provide guidance, interpretation, and policy adherence.
• Process complex transactions with accuracy and accountability.
