Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Drug and Alcohol Compliance Coordinator to ensure compliance with FMCSA, DOT and state regulations. You will act as the subject matter expert for the drug and alcohol program, guiding policy interpretation and handling complex transactions with high accuracy.

This remote role supports pre- and post-employment processes and requires attention to detail, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel is None.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Two (2) years or more in functional service area (i.e. Separations, Benefits, Leaves, Global Mobility, Payroll, ER / LR, etc.) required
• Two (2) years or more relevant work experience (i.e. processing mass data uploads, payroll, organizational changes, etc.) required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office environment intermediate required
