Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Drug and Alcohol Compliance Coordinator to ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance and to serve as the subject matter expert for the drug and alcohol program.

The role supports pre- and post-employment processes and handles complex transactions with high accuracy. The position is remote (work from home) with focus on policy interpretation, guidance, and rapid issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two (2) years or more in functional service area required.
• Two (2) years or more relevant work experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office environment intermediate required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Provide guidance and policy interpretation for drug and alcohol program.
• Handle complex transactions with accuracy and accountability.
