Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Drug and Alcohol Compliance Coordinator to ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance and to act as the subject matter expert for the company’s drug and alcohol program.

The role supports pre- and post-employment processes and requires handling complex transactions with high accuracy. The position accommodates REMOTE work from HOME, leveraging multiple systems to monitor and manage program transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two or more years in a functional service area (e.g. payroll, leaves, etc.) required.
• Two or more years of relevant work experience (data uploads, organizational changes) required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office environment intermediate required.

Responsabilités

• Serve as subject matter expert for the drug and alcohol program and DOT/FMCSA compliance.
• Guide policy interpretation and handle complex transactions with accuracy and accountability.
• Support pre- and post-employment processes.
• Work in a fast-paced environment using multiple applications to monitor program transactions.
