Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Drug and Alcohol Compliance Coordinator to ensure compliance with Federal FMCSA/DOT standards and state regulations.

The role acts as a subject matter expert, guiding policy interpretation and handling complex transactions with precision while coordinating multiple program activities from a home-based setup. The position requires experience with DOT/FMCSA regulations, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Two years or more in a functional service area (i.e. Separations, Benefits, Leaves, Global Mobility, Payroll, ER / LR, etc.)
• Two years or more relevant work experience (i.e. processing mass data uploads, payroll, organizational changes, etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office environment

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Federal (FMCSA, DOT) and State regulations and Company policies.
• Serve as subject matter expert for the drug and alcohol program; provide policy interpretation.
• Complete complex transactions with high accuracy, accountability and reliability.
• Support remote work from home and manage multiple program transactions using multiple applications.
