Job summary

ITC Service Group, a subsidiary of AFL, is seeking a Drop Dispatcher to manage dispatch schedules for installation of internet and video services. You will coordinate field technicians, monitor progress, and maintain logs.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years in dispatch or customer service; remote work with occasional office visits is possible; weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; 1–2 years dispatching experience preferred.
• Prior cable or internet experience preferred.
• 1–2 years customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor dispatch schedules to ensure timely installations.
• Coordinate field technicians to customer homes per schedule.
• Maintain logs, reports and information on service calls and outages.
• Answer inbound calls and address customer needs professionally.
• Place outbound calls to confirm or reschedule appointments.
• Contribute to a quality customer service experience by phone.
• Follow management directives and provide on-site support as needed.
• Support dispatch operations during varying conditions.
