Zusammenfassung

Centerline Drivers, a TrueBlue company, is seeking a Recruiter to source, screen, schedule, interview, and hire lease personnel while upholding the highest customer service standards. You will build relationships with customers and drivers, and ensure DOT compliance for hires.

This remote/home-based role requires regular visits throughout the Detroit area. You will manage strategies, full-cycle recruiting, relationships with schools and agencies, and job fairs.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree and at least two years related recruiting, staffing and/or transportation experience OR four years related recruiting, staffing and/or transportation experience.
• Ability to market and sell the company’s attributes to external candidates.
• Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining professional contacts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel; knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System preferred.
• Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to all levels of management and employees.
• Experience developing and utilizing behavioral-based interviewing techniques.
• Knowledge of Federal and State HR/Recruiting regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and a car for work.
• Bilingual language skills a plus.

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, scheduling and interviewing.
• Build contacts with schools, agencies and public organizations to attract applicants.
• Create an efficient recruiting process meeting client needs.
• Coordinate participation in job fairs and manage internet recruiting tools.
• Develop and execute recruiting plans and deliver effective orientations.
• Create weekly reports on recruitment activity, applicant flow and hires.
• Review Driver Qualification files for compliance (semi-annually).
• Participate in hiring, supervision, discipline and termination of lease personnel.
• Ensure recruiting practices comply with equal employment opportunity laws.
