Job summary

You will build relationships with customers and applicants and manage compliance across the recruiting process.

The role emphasizes full-cycle recruiting, use of ATS and online job boards, and collaboration with internal teams to meet hiring goals.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, or transportation experience OR 4+ years in recruiting/ staffing/ transportation.
• Ability to market the company to external candidates.
• Proven record of building professional contacts.
• Familiarity with ATS and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, scheduling and interviewing.
• Cultivate contacts with schools, agencies and public organizations.
• Coordinate participation in job fairs and optimize online recruiting tools.
• Create and maintain weekly recruitment activity reports.
• Ensure Driver Qualification file reviews for compliance.
