Domino Group in Gurnee, IL is seeking a DP Technical Product Manager to oversee technical software aspects of the Domino digital printing portfolio. The role coordinates with multiple departments to improve product reliability, customer efficiency, and aftermarket support while liaising with group technical representatives.

The position requires leading trainings, implementing DFE workflows, and contributing to pre-sale activities.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in printing technology or related field.
• Knowledge of the digital print life cycle, including press settings, MIS/ERP, file prep, VDP, color management/RIP software.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.

Mansioni

• Lead and deliver customized training programs.
• Lead, install, train and implement DFE workflows on new press sales.
• Help develop strategies to make customers more efficient and increase aftermarket.
• Help develop strategies to sell more aftermarket products and services.
• Participate in pre-sales activities – Demonstrations and TCO.
• Support customers via telephone/helpdesk when needed.
• Provide detailed documentation for all site visits including outcomes and action plans.
• Provide market feedback and customer requirements to Product Management.
