The role serves as the subject matter expert for the drug and alcohol program and handles pre- and post-employment processes, with high accuracy and accountability. The position requires ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple applications, and navigate DOT/FMCSA requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two+ years in a functional service area (e.g., Payroll, Benefits, Leaves) required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Federal (FMCSA, DOT) and State regulations.
• Serve as subject matter expert for the drug and alcohol program and policies.
• Guide and interpret policies; complete complex transactions with high accuracy.
