Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Drug and Alcohol Compliance Coordinator who ensures compliance with Federal FMCSA/DOT regulations and state policies.

You will act as the subject matter expert for the drug and alcohol program, guiding policy interpretation and handling complex transactions with precision. The role requires fast-paced multitasking across multiple applications, with emphasis on accuracy, accountability, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two (2) years or more in functional service area (i.e. Separations, Benefits, Leaves, Global Mobility, Payroll, ER / LR, etc.) required.
• Two (2) years or more relevant work experience (i.e. processing mass data uploads, payroll, organizational changes, etc.) required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office environment intermediate required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Serve as subject matter expert for the drug and alcohol program and related processes.
• Provide guidance and policy interpretation; complete complex transactions; resolve critical issues with accuracy.
