Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Drug and Alcohol Compliance Coordinator to ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance and proper policy interpretation for pre- and post-employment processes.

The role acts as a subject matter expert, guiding complex transactions with accuracy and accountability, in a fast-paced, remote-work setting. Responsibilities include managing program transactions, staying current with regulatory requirements, and coordinating with HR to ensure compliance across benefits and payroll domains.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Two (2) years or more in functional service area required
• Two (2) years or more relevant work experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office environment intermediate required

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with DOT/FMCSA and state regulations
• Serve as subject matter expert for the drug and alcohol program
• Provide guidance and policy interpretation; complete complex transactions
• Identify, analyze and resolve critical issues with high accuracy
• Work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple applications
