Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Drug and Alcohol Compliance Coordinator to ensure compliance with Federal FMCSA/DOT rules, state regulations, and company policies.

You will serve as the subject matter expert for the drug and alcohol program and guide pre- and post-employment processes with accuracy and accountability. This remote role requires the ability to manage multiple transactions across applications, interpret policy, and resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Two (2) years or more in functional service area (i.e. Separations, Benefits, Leaves, Global Mobility, Payroll, ER / LR, etc.) required
• Two (2) years or more relevant work experience (i.e. processing mass data uploads, payroll, organizational changes, etc.) required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office environment intermediate required
