Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Drug and Alcohol Compliance Coordinator to ensure compliance with DOT/FMCSA and state regulations.

The role acts as SME for the drug and alcohol program, guiding policy interpretation and handling complex transactions with accuracy and accountability. Working remotely from home in a fast-paced environment, the coordinator will monitor program transactions and collaborate across departments to ensure compliance and timely processing of pre- and post-employment

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two+ years in a functional service area (HR related) required.
• Two+ years of relevant work experience (data uploads, payroll, org changes) required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office environment intermediate required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with DOT/FMCSA and applicable regulations.
• Serve as subject matter expert for the drug and alcohol program and policy interpretation.
• Complete complex transactions and monitor program activities with accuracy.
