Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Drug and Alcohol Compliance Coordinator to ensure compliance with Federal FMCSA/DOT regulations and company policies.

The role serves as the SME for the drug and alcohol program, guiding policy interpretation and handling complex transactions with high accuracy and accountability. The position requires fast-paced work with multiple applications to manage program transactions; remote work from home is supported.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and efficiency in responding to written messages through a computer system.
• Technological literacy and mastery of navigating web browsers and basic office software such as Outlook and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments.
