Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• General office experience required.
• DOT driver qualification file experience required.
• Excellent computer and data-entry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure driver files are accurate, complete and processed in a timely manner.
• Audit and review files for DOT standards.
• Verify that applications are completed in full.
• Review employment history and ensure all jobs are listed on the application.
• Document attempts to obtain previous employment verifications from multiple methods.
• Update PSP and MVR records for accidents, tickets, and violations as reported.
• Review criminal background records and flag adverse information for Recruiting Director.
• Ensure verifications are completed through orientation and CONFIA signing.
• Escalate questionable verifications to Recruiting Manager for review.
• Keep files complete and confidential within 30 days of hire.
• Assist with department projects and team collaboration.
