Job summary

You will work with Recruiters to audit records, manage verifications, and maintain confidential information while supporting orientation and hiring processes.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED equivalent.
• 1+ years administrative/clerical experience.
• Experience in transportation industry strongly preferred.
• Experience booking hotels and transportation (flights, bus tickets, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Audit driver files for completeness and DOT compliance.
• Ensure employment verifications are complete including current/last employers.
• Coordinate travel and lodging for new hires to orientation.
• Book travel for current drivers and upload itineraries.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information (SSNs, drug screens, etc.).
• Collaborate with recruiters and departments to support orientation and hiring.
• Reconcile and allocate travel invoices and expenses.
