Job summary

Dakota Matting & Environmental Solutions is seeking a DOT Compliance Coordinator to manage our fleet compliance program across multi-state operations. You will own driver qualification files, drug and alcohol testing, Hours-of-Service monitoring, coaching, and vehicle registrations.

This role is fully remote for Florida-based candidates, with a strong preference to work on-site at the Coral Springs office. The ideal candidate will thrive on phone-based tasks, enforce federal and state

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Onboard new CDL and non-CDL drivers and maintain DQ files.
• Monitor compliance alerts and update documents before expiration.
• Run FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse queries.
• Process annual MVR reviews for DQ file maintenance.
• Notify drivers of random tests and coordinate testing.
• Coach drivers on HOS and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare weekly DOT snapshot reports and ad-hoc compliance reports.
• Set up driver/asset profiles and training in Samsara portal.
• Assist with audit preparation and roadside inspection support.
