Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Drug and Alcohol Compliance Coordinator to ensure compliance with Federal FMCSA/DOT and state regulations. You will serve as the subject matter expert for the drug and alcohol program, guiding policy interpretation and handling complex transactions with precision and accountability.

The role is remote work from home. You will monitor program transactions in a fast-paced environment, collaborate across teams, and support pre- and post-employment processes in HR

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred in a related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two (2) years or more in functional service area (i.e. Separations, Benefits, Leaves, Global Mobility, Payroll, ER / LR, etc.) required.
• Two (2) years or more relevant work experience (i.e. processing mass data uploads, payroll, organizational changes, etc.) required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office environment intermediate required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Provide guidance and policy interpretation for the drug and alcohol program.
• Complete complex transactions with high accuracy and accountability.
