Job summary

A-Nu Virtual Solutions LLC is seeking compassionate individuals to serve as Nonprofit Donation Processor / Pledge Drive Specialists, handling inbound donor calls and processing donations remotely. This is a 1099 independent contractor role requiring Windows 11, adequate RAM, a quiet home office, and a wired internet connection.

Certification is required before servicing, and campaigns vary in hours. Responsibilities include welcoming donors, following scripts, entering donation details

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Six (6) or more months of remote customer service experience, or at least one (1) year of onsite customer service experience.
• A professional and welcoming phone presence.
• Strong listening and verbal communication skills.
• Accurate typing and data-entry abilities.
• Comfort following scripts and structured processes.
• The ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• A dedicated and quiet home workspace.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist inbound donors.
