Job summary

Gifted Hands Enterprises in Fort Belvoir, VA, is seeking reliable individuals to support nonprofit fundraising campaigns from home as independent contractors. All donor calls are inbound, with no outbound calling or selling.

You will professionally answer calls and accurately process pledges or contributions. Responsibilities include managing donor information, following scripts, and maintaining confidentiality while meeting attendance and performance standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of remote customer-service experience or 1 year of onsite customer-service experience.
• Strong verbal communication and active-listening skills.
• Accurate data-entry and basic computer skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking.
• Professional and dependable work habits.
• Quiet, dedicated home workspace required.
