Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate donor meeting logistics, research, agendas, and follow-up.
• Draft personalized emails and leadership correspondence.
• Support solicitation materials for renewals and new initiatives.
• Serve as a welcoming ambassador across donor touchpoints and meetings.
• Support proposals and reporting with necessary data and docs.
• Execute multi-channel appeals and manage event logistics.
