Accord is seeking a Work-From-Home Pledge Support Specialist to handle inbound donor calls for established nonprofit campaigns. You will provide professional support to donors who call to pledge or donate, following scripts and maintaining data integrity.

This remote contractor role requires a quiet home workspace, Windows 11, reliable internet, and a headset. No outbound calls, no selling, and eligibility as a 1099 contractor.

Qualifications

• Six months of remote customer-service experience or one year of onsite customer-service experience.
• Strong verbal communication and active-listening skills.
• Accurate data-entry and basic computer skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking.
• Quiet, dedicated home workspace.
• Windows 11 computer with 8GB RAM (16GB recommended); USB headset with noise cancellation; wired high-speed internet; direct Ethernet connection.
• MacBooks, Chromebooks, tablets, and Wi-Fi-only connections are not permitted.
