Qualifications

• 1 year or more of outbound telemarketing experience or a strong employment record with long-term stability.
• Dedicated wired internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
• Basic computer skills (typing, using common apps).
• A genuine interest in charitable causes and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Make calls for multiple clients over an 8-hour day using scripted dialogue.
• Engage donors in a positive, enthusiastic manner and secure gifts.
