Job summary

MDS Communications is seeking an entry-level Call Center Representative in Texas Remote. As a Communication Specialist you will receive in-depth training and call on behalf of multiple clients to secure donations, while maintaining fundraising and productivity metrics.

You will need at least 1 year of outbound telemarketing or a stable work history, a wired internet connection, and a quiet home workspace. The role offers $15–$16 per hour, paid breaks, health insurance eligibility after 2 months,

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong general employment record with long term stability.
• Dedicated wired internet connection
• A quiet place to work at home free from normal household interruptions.
• Basic computer skills.
• Commitment and enthusiasm to charitable and non-profit causes.

Responsibilities

• Receive in-depth training.
• Call for 4-8 different clients over the course of an 8 hour day using predictive dialing equipment.
• Communicate with donors in a positive, engaging and enthusiastic manner using a client-approved script.
• Secure financial gifts from donors on behalf of our clients.
• Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics.
