Job summary

MDS Communications is hiring Call Center Representatives in Texas (remote). You will participate in donor fundraising campaigns, making 4–8 calls per client per day with a predictive dialing system.

You’ll communicate with donors engagingly, follow client-approved scripts, and secure gifts while meeting productivity targets. We provide thorough training, a 40-hour work week, and opportunities to advance into management or inbound donor services.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of outbound telemarketing experience or a strong general employment record with long term stability
• Dedicated wired internet connection
• A quiet place to work at home free from normal household interruptions
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound/outbound calls using a predictive dialing system
• Engage donors and prospective donors with a positive, script-based approach
• Secure financial gifts and maintain fundraising metrics
• Maintain productivity targets and quality service
