Job summary

MDS Communications is hiring a Call Center Representative in Texas. You will engage donors, follow a guided script, and support charitable fundraising programs for trusted non-profits.

This is a remote position with a structured training program and performance-based pay. You’ll handle calls for multiple clients, maintain fundraising metrics, and work from a quiet home office with a wired internet connection.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of outbound telemarketing experience or a strong general employment record with long term stability.
• Dedicated wired internet connection
• A quiet place to work at home free from normal household interruptions, basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Call for 4–8 different clients over the course of an 8 hour day using predictive dialing equipment.
• Communicate with donors in a positive, engaging manner using a client-approved script.
• Secure financial gifts from donors on behalf of our clients.
• Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics.
