Qualifications

• Legal work authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and medical experience will be considered.
• Excellent interpersonal, telephone, verbal, and written communication; strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donor eligibility review and maintain donor records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with Donor Services, Operations, QA, and other departments to meet commitments.
• Provide guidance and training to the Donor Eligibility team; assist QA management as needed.
• Ensure Certificates of Conformity/Assurance are completed for timely tissue distribution.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement activities as needed.
